Ashbrook Serviced Apartments are working around the clock to make sure that all our guests, team and cleaning staff are safe during the pandemic. We have introduced cleaning and sanitising practices to limit any transmission of Coronavirus at all our locations. Cleaning staff will be wearing appropriate PPE at all times, carrying out specific sanitising of high touch areas in addition to our usual high cleaning standards. We have removed some items from our apartments which will help prevent transmission of the virus and we are offering a 'no-contact' laundry package for stays of over 7 nights. This involves fresh sheets and linen being placed in a clean laundry bag inside the apartment for our guests to change beds themselves.
We have provided an NHS QR code for track and trace on the first page of the welcome document, found on arrival in each property. We ask that all guests download the NHS track and trace app (search online) and scan in the QR code for their property on arrival. Please note that Ashbrook Serviced Apartments do not hold any information as part of the NHS track and trace service.
