Ashbrook Serviced Apartments is a family run business based in South Oxfordshire. As members of the Association of Serviced Apartment Providers and ISAAP all of our properties conform to the industry standards. Please see below some FAQs regarding Serviced Accommodation.

FAQs

The ASAP say - ‘Serviced Apartment’ is the umbrella term for a type of furnished apartment available for short-term or long-term stays, which provides amenities, housekeeping and a range of services for guests and where most taxes and utilities are included within the rental price. Our serviced apartments offer a great alternative to hotels in South Oxfordshire, offering a 'home from home' experience whilst visiting the area.

All of our properties come fully furnished with a fitted kitchen, at least one bathroom and at least one double bed. The property will have everything you need for your stay, from cooking utensils, to washing up liquid. You will simply need to provide the food! There are no shared amenities in our serviced properties!

If your stay with us is over a week the property will be cleaned, with the towels and linen changed, at least once. We perform a clean between guests so each of the properties is ready for the new arrivals. Should you wish to organise a daily clean, this will be possible but at an extra cost.

The majority of our properties have parking spaces included in the cost. For avoidance of doubt please contact us.

Our site in Blewbury has EV chargers for guests to use at additional costs. 22kw and 7kw charging is available via the 'Tap Electric' app

You can check in anytime after 3pm on your first day. Your check in details will have been sent to you prior to your arrival.

Check out is usually 10am. A later check out can be arranged (subject to availability) at extra cost.

All of our properties have wifi included in the price. Your welcome document, found on arrival, will provide you with the code.

Most of our properties are pet friendly. There is an additional cost when bringing your pet with you. Please contact us prior to booking for more information.

The key code for the door was a good idea as no worries of forgetting the keys! There were 2 pubs within walking distance with friendly staff which served food and were dog friendly which was good.”

“Room was clean! Hosts were fantastic, emailed the code to get into the room and made it very easy. I also asked for late checkout, they were more than accommodating and sent me the invoice to pay extra for late checkout. Inside the apartment there is a booklet which gives you all information you could possibly need. It's a great location and the nearest pub/restaurant is a 10 min walk away with a second a further 5 minutes down the road.
