You get one all-inclusive rate, a weekly clean, room for vans at most sites, flexible check in and no long leases. When a project runs on, extending is a phone call.

Is there a minimum stay?
No, there is no minimum stay. Book a few nights for a site visit or a full year for a long project. Stays of 7 nights or more include a weekly clean with fresh linen and towels.
Can you invoice our company?
Yes. For longer stays we invoice your company regularly, with flexible payment terms that fit how your project is paid. Booking direct with us also avoids booking platform fees.
Is there parking for vans?
Yes. There is room for vans at the majority of our sites, and most apartments have off street parking. Tell us how many vehicles you are bringing and we will match the right homes.
Can we check in early or late for shift work?
Yes, flexible check in and check out times are available. Standard check in is from 3pm and check out is 10am, so tell us your shift pattern and we will arrange it.
How close are you to Harwell Campus, Milton Park and Culham?
Our Chilton apartments are within walking distance of Harwell Campus. We have walkable homes at Milton Park, with more within a 10 minute drive, and our Queen Street apartments in Abingdon are a short drive to Culham Science Centre via the A34.
